Brief:

With a large front line workforce engaging with customers and their needs on a daily basis can be challenging. BUPA Insurance was looking for an immersive training solution to provide their staff first hand experiences of the range of their customer needs, and the best way to engage these customers when providing insurance solutions. Through our work with BUPA we designed and produce multiple 360 immersive experiences which give staff the ability to see first hand how BUPA engages with existing and new customers.
